The pulse of the Rhone Valley beats through five generations at Demaine Le Vieux Lavoir. It began in 1870, rooted in the very soil that Aime Roudil, alongside Baron Le Roy. This legacy, nurtured by the respected Henri, now thrives under the watch of Veronique, Didier, and Sebastien. Their new cellar, a modern echo of Tavel's historic wash house (Vieux Lavoir), anchors the operation to the land's physical history. Here, Sebastien crafts wines that are the direct voice of the traditional terroirs.
